Friday: All Wishes Fulfilled
The Messenger of Allah (Subhana wa ta’ala) (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “There is a moment on Friday when the slave shall not ask Allah (Subhana wa ta’ala) for anything save that He will give it to him.” [Sahih Muslim]
It is recommended to supplicate Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) much on Fridays, seeking the moment when prayers are answered. This time lies between the time the Imam first sits on the pulpit and when the prayer finishes. Others hold that the moment occurs after the mid-afternoon (Asr) prayer.
