HUKUNCIN ASKE SASHE NA GASHIN KAI A BAR SASHE A MUSULUNCI
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.
Alhamdulillah, wassalatu wassalamu ala rasulillah, wa ba'ad.
Lallai yana daga abubuwan da aka jarabci da yawa daga cikin mutane a yau musamman matasa, canza wa kawunansu kamanni ta hanyar aske sashe na gashin Kansu da sunan ado musamman a bukukuwan sallah, Wanda galibinsu kwafoshi sukeyi daga wurin wasu mashahuran arna da kafurai, wadanda mafi yawansu sun jahilci hukuncin hakan a Musulunci, wanda da sun sani da sun nisanceshi.
Wanda hakan yasa naga ya dace nayi bincike akai don fa'idantar da yan'uwa matasa dama dukkanin mai aikata irin hakan da fatan Allah yasa a gyara.
Aciki akwai matsaloli guda uku (3) a dunkule:
1. DALILAN DA SUKAYI HANI KAN ASKE WANI BANGARE NA GASHIN KAI DA BARIN SAURA:
An karbo hadisi daga Ibn Umar Allah ya qara masa yarda yace: "lallai Annabi s.a.w yayi hani akan ALQAZA'U. Ubaidullah yace wa Nafi'u: menene kuma ALQAZA'U? Sai yace: shine a aske sashe na gashin kan yaro abar sashe."
Wannan hadisi Bukhari da Muslim suka rawaitoshi
A wani hadisin na Ibn Umar har wa yau yace: lallai Annabi s.a.w yaga wani yaro an aske wani sashe na gashin kansa aka bar sashe, Sai ya hanesu akan hakan, yace: "Ku askeshi gaba daya ko ku barshi gaba daya".
Abu Dawuda da Ahmad suka rawaitoshi.
2. HUKUNCINSA:
Malamai sunyi sabani kan hukuncin irin wannan aski:
* Wasu sukace MAKARUHI ne, kamar mazhabar SHAFI'IYYAH da HANABILAH.
Kamar yadda Imam Annawawy ya tabbatar da hakan acikin littafinsa ALMAJMU' 1/347 Kuma ya naqalto ijma'insu akan haka.
* Wasu kuma sukace HARAMUN ne, saboda Annabi s.a.w yayi hani akan haka, sannan ya bada umurnin a askeshi gaba daya ko a barshi gaba daya a hadisai guda biyu da suka gabata.
Sukace: domin kalmar hani asali tana hukunta haramci ne, kamar yadda Kalmar umurni ke bada hukuncin wajibci.
Saboda haka sukace hadisan guda biyu suna nuni ne akan haramcin aske sashen kai da barin sashe.
LAJNATUD DA'IMAH LIL'IFTA'I 5/195 sukace: hatta rage ma wani bangare na gashin kai tsawo, daya bangaren kuma a barshi da tsayi bai halatta ba.
Sheikh Abdullahi Alibassam ya qara tabbatar da hakan acikin littafinsa TAISIRUL ALLAM sharhin Umdatul Ahkam inda yake cewa:
Abinda wasu matasa ke aikatawa a yanzu na saisaye wani sashe na gashin kansu da barin sashe, wanda suke kiranshi da suna (Toiletries) yace: bidi'ah ne wannan.
Shi yasa Ibn Taimiyya yace: yana daga kamalar son da Allah da Manzonsa ke yiwa adalci, shine umurtar mutum da yayi na ya tsaida adalci hatta a karan kansa, saboda hakane ma ya haneshi da kada ya aske wani sashe na gashin kansa ya bar sashe,
Domin yin hakan zaluntar kai ne, yayin da yayi wa daya bangaren tsirara, daya bangaren kuma ya barshi lullube da gashi.
3. KAMANCECENIYA DA KAFURAI:
To idan kuma ya kasance mai yin irin wannan askin ya kwafoshi daga wurin kafurai ko fajirai ko kuma wasu wadanda shari'ah tayi hanin ayi koyi dasu, to wannan kai tsaye HARAMUN ne har a wurin malaman da suke ganin Makaruhi ne, domin illar kamanceceniya da kafurai haramci ke nunawa,
Saboda hadisin Ibn Umar Allah ya qara masa yarda yace: lallai Annabi s.a.w yace: "Duk Wanda yayi kamanceceniya da wasu mutane to yana tare dasu" (Abu Dawud)
Ibn Taimiyyah acikin littafinsa IQTIDA'I 1/269-270 yace: " isnadin hadisin mai kyau ne, yace: mafi qarancin hali na hukunci da wannan hadisi ke nunawa shine Haramcin kamanceceniya da kafirai, duk da a zahirinsa kafirci yake nunawa"
Yaci gaba da cewa a 1/271: " Ita wannan kamanceceniyar ta game dukkan Wanda ya aikata wani aiki da nufin kwaikwayan masu aikin, da kuma wanda ya yi aikin ne kawai dan buqatar Kansa ba da nufin kwaikwayan mai aikin ba"
Wannan ke nuna mana cewa iqirarin cewa Ni ina aikatawa ne ba da nufin koyi da mai aikin ba, wannan ba zaiyi tasiri cikin hukuncin Haramci da aka fada ba, matukar dai a wajen kafurai aka daukoshi,
Wanda kuma kowa shaida ne askin da yan'uwa matasa keyi yanzu a wajen shahararrun kafurai suka dauko,
Tunda wasu askin ma da sunan kafuran ake kiransu, wanda wannan Haramun ne!! Haramun ne!!!
Muna roqon Allah ya nuna mana gaskiya gaskiyace ya azurtamu da binta,
Ya nuna mana qarya qaryace ya azurtamu da nisantarta,
Ya kuma sanyamu cikin bayinsa shiryayyu.
