ƊAURIN AUREN MUTU’A
Domin mai karatu ya gamsu da cewa Mutu’a ƙofar zina ce kawai aka buɗewa mutane, bari mu duba yadda ake yin ɗaurin aure a tsarin Mutu’a. Auren Mutu’a ba ya buƙatar a samu wakilin “ango” ko waliyin “amarya”, ba ya buƙatar shaidu; ba’a ma buƙatar kowa ya sani, kuma bai buƙatar wani ɓata lokaci. Da zarar an haɗu sai kawai a yi a gama!
Malaman Shi’a sun ruwaito cewa wani almajirin Imam Ja’afar Sadiƙ ya tambaye shi: “Ya zan ce da ita idan na kaɗaita da ita? Sai ya ce: Ka ce: Ina auren ki auren Mutu’a a bisa Littafin Allah da Sunnar Annabinsa; ba kya gado, ba’a gadon ki; kwana kaza kaza, ko shekara kaza kaza, a kan dirhami kaza kaza, sai ka ambata mata ladan da kuka yi yarjejeniya a kai, kaɗan ne ko da yawa.” [ *Muhammad binu Ya’akub Alkulaini, Furu’ul Kafi, bugun Darul Murtali, Bairut, 1428 B.H., muj. na 5 sha. na 455].*
Ina son mai karatu ya lura da yadda mai tambayar ya yi tambayarsa: “Ya zan ce da ita idan na kaɗaita da ita?” A ina a duniya aka san aure a cikin kaɗaitaka, a keɓe? Babu wani addini a duniya, ko wata al’ada, inda ake aure a keɓe. Babu inda ake aure a sirri sai a addinin Shi’a.
Wannan kawai ya isa ya tabbatar wa da mai karatu nisan wannan launi na aure da addinin Musulunci. A Musulunci, ana so a ɗaiɗaita labarin aure, a kururuta shi, a yaɗa shi, a kwaza shi, a yi talla da shi har duniya ta sani. Hadisai masu yawa sun zo da haka. Albani ma kaɗai, a cikin littafinsa Adabuz Zifafi, hadisai shida ya kawo, duka suna nuna wannan ma’ana. Ga biyu daga cikinsu don misali:
1. “Ku yi shela da aure.” [ *Albani ya ce Ibnu Hibban da Dabarani da Diya’u Almaƙdisi duka sun ruwaito shi, kuma isnadinsa mai kyau ne. Duba Adabuz Zifafi na Albani, bugun Almaktabul Islami, 1409/1989 sha. na 111-112].*
2. “Bambancin tsakanin halal da haram (a aure) buga ganga.” [ *Albani ya ce Nasa’i da Tirmizi da Ibnu Majah sun ruwaito shi da isnadi kyakkyawa. Duba Adabuz Zifafi, sha. na 111].*
Dubi yadda Manzo(SAW) ya kwaɗaitar a buga ganga, duk da ƙyamar da Musulunci yake ga kiɗa, don a kwarmata aure!
*Sadaki ko Lada?*
Abin sha’awa ne yadda malaman Shi’a ba sa kiran sadakin auren Mutu’a da sunan sadaki, sai dai su ce ujura, watau lada. Duk littafan da na duba ba inda suka kira shi da sunan sadaki. Wataƙila a cikin wannan akwai matashiya, amma fa ga masu hankali!
Bari mu kira shi yadda suka kira abinsu: Mene ne ladan auren Mutu’a? Suka ce an tambayi Abu Ja’afar, Imamin Shi’a na biyar, ya ce, “Dirhami zuwa sama.” [ *A duba Furu’ul Kafi na Kulaini, muj. na 5 sha. na 457* ]. Ɗansa kuwa, Ja’afar Sadiƙ, ya ce, “Tafi ɗaya na gari ko tafi ɗaya na dabino.” [ *Furu’ul Kafi, muj. na 5 sha. na 457].*
Watau da Hausa muna iya cewa sadakin auren Mutu’a shi ne ƙwandala ko gwan-gwan ɗaya na garin kwaki! Akwai wani addini a duniya da ya wulaƙanta mata kamar addinin Shi’a? Allah ya tsare matan Musulmi da irin wannan ƙasƙanci!
*Da Wa Ake Mutu’a?*
Shin sai da Musulma kawai ake Mutu’a? A’a sam! A cikin daren ƴan Shi’a, ko kyankyaso ma nama ne! Don haka suka rawaito daga Imaminsu na shida, Ja’afar Sadiƙ, (Allah ya isar masa ƙarerayin da aka laƙa masa), wai ya ce, “Babu laifi mutum ya yi Mutu’a da Bamajusiya.” [ *Abu Ja’afar Muhammad binul Hassan Aldusi, Tahzibul Ahkam, bugun Darul Adwa, Bairut, 1406 B.H., muj. na 7 sha. na 256]* . Kuma ana yi da Banasariya (Kirista) da Bayahudiya, kamar yadda suka ruwaito daga Imaminsu na takwas, Abul Hassan Ali binu Musa Rida, [ *Tahzibul* *Ahkam, muj* . 3 shafi na 144]. Haka nan ana yi da karuwa domin, kamar yadda suka ce, sai ya hana ta karuwanci! [ *Tahzibul Ahkam, muj. na 7 sha. na 253. Kuma a duba Tahrirul Wasila na Ayatullah Ruhullah Khumaini, bugun Darul Ilmi, Kum-Iran, ba tarihi, sha. na 295].*
