Purpose restrictions on marriage
Dalilin da suka aka hana aure
Allah ne ya saukar da hane-hane kan aure a cikin Alkur'ani, wanda shi kadai ya san duk hikimomin da ke yi musu lakabi da shi, amma daga tunaninmu na mutumtaka za mu iya sanya wasu fa'idodi da yawa daga wadannan hanin:
1- haramcin auratayyar dangi na kusa da nasaba ta hanyar aure ya taimaka wajen hana "a cikin kiwo" Wanda na iya jaddada nakasar kwayar halitta tare da dangi (ban da mata da miji) don É—aukar juna a matsayin abokan hulÉ—a na jima'i. Saboda haka dangi zasu iya cika ayyukanta na inganta soyayya da tallafawa juna ba tare da rikitarwa ba sakamakon kishi da kishiyar jima'i tsakanin Yan wan juna
2-hana aure ga matar da ta riga ta yi aure ko kuma mace cikin iddah, haka nan yana taimakawa wajen hana shakku da sabani game da mahaifin kowane É—a da ta haifa.
3-hana aure ga mata sama da Dalilin hana aure

2-hana aure ga matar da ta riga ta yi aure ko kuma mace cikin iddah, haka nan yana taimakawa wajen hana shakku da sabani game da mahaifin kowane É—a da ta haifa.
3-hana aure ga mata sama da hudu a lokaci guda yana hana yawan masu hannu da shuni yin lalata da tara mata marasa iyaka ba tare da cikakken nauyin halayya na kashin kai da ikon yin adalci a gare su ba, kamar yadda ake bukata a cikin auren Musulunci duba darasi na gaba 57.
4- hana auren mace musulma ga wanda ba musulma ba kariya ce ga imanin ta da addini, da kuma na ‘ya’yan auren ma haramcin kariya ne ga matar daga duk wani tauye hakkin aurenta, tunda Mijin da ba Musulmi ba zai iya kasancewa a Æ™arÆ™ashin shari’ah idan akwai wata matsala lokaci guda yana hana yawan masu hannu da shuni yin lalata da tara mata marasa iyaka ba tare da cikakken nauyin halayya na kashin kai da ikon yin adalci a gare su ba, kamar yadda ake bukata a cikin auren Musulunci duba darasi na gaba 57.
4- hana auren mace musulma ga wanda ba musulma ba kariya ce ga imanin ta da addini, da kuma na ‘ya’yan auren ma haramcin kariya ne ga matar daga duk wani tauye hakkin aurenta, tunda Mijin da ba Musulmi ba zai iya kasancewa a Æ™arÆ™ashin shari’ah idan akwai wata matsala
The restrictions on marriage are revealed in the Qur'an by Allah, who alone knows all the wisdom that underline Them, however from our human reasoning we can duduce several benefits from these restrictions:-
1- the prohibition on marrying close blood relations and relations by marriage help to prevent "in breeding " Wich can accentuate genetic defect with family (apart from the husband and wife) to consider each other as potential sexual partners. The family therefore able to fulfil it's functions in promoting mutual love and support without complications caused by jealousy and sexual rivalry between it's members
2- the prohibition of marriage to a woman already married or to a woman in iddah , also help to prevent doubts and disputes over the paternity of any child born to her.
3- the prohibition of marriage to more than four wives at time prevents number the rich from indulging in promiscuity and accumulating limitless number of wives without full moral responsibility personal commitments and ability to deal justly towards them, as required in an Islamic marriage see next lesson 57.
4- the prohibition of marriage of a Muslim woman to a non Muslim is protection to her own religious belief and practice , and that of the children of the marriage the prohibition is also a protection for the wife against any infringement of her marriage rights , since a non Muslim husband could not be subject to the shari'ah in case of any dispute
