HUKUNCIN WANDA YAKE SHAN NONON MATARSA

Miji ya tsotsi nonon matarsa yayin da suke gabatar da sunnah wannan addini bai haramta ba. Sai dai kuma bai kamata shi mijin nata ya mayar da nonon tamkar abincinsa ba.

Wannan yazo da bakon abu wanda zai iya zama chutuwa agareshi ko ga ita matar tasa ko kuma yarinyar da take shayarwa.

Don haka ya kamata yaji tsoron Allah ya dena ketare iyaka. Mutum ya tsaya inda addininsa ya tsaida shi, kuma ya kyautata Dukkan mu'amalarsa ta auratayya.

Shan nono wanda yaje haramta aure shine wanda aka yishi alokacin da mutum yake yaro karami bai isa yaye ba. Kuma sai ansha kamar sai biyar (cikakkun sha tare da koshi).


Shari'a ta halasta wa mutum ya ji daÉ—i da matarsa gwargwadon yadda ya so, amma ba tare da saduwa ta dubura, da kuma lokacin haila da nifasi, da lokacin harama da aikin Umra da Hajji ba, abin da ba wannan ba ya halasta miji ya ji daÉ—i da shi a jikin matarsa gwargwadon buqata, kamar sumbanta, da kallo da shafa da makamantansu.

Sannan an tambayi Sheikh Ibn Jibreen game da wannan matsalar sai ya ba da amsa da cewa:

"Shayar da babba ba ya tasiri, domin shayarwar da ke tasiri shi ne wanda ya kasance an yi sau biyar ko fiye a cikin shekaru biyu kafin yaye, amma shayar da babba ba ya tasiri, saboda haka, in da wani zai sha daga nonon matarsa, to shi fa bai zama É—anta ba".

Imamuna MALIK ya ruwaito a cikin MuwaÉ—É—a daga hadisin Abdullahi É—an Umar ya kasance yana cewa: "Babu hukuncin shayarwa sai ga wanda aka shayar yana qarami, kuma ba hukuncin shayarwa ga babba".

Duba MuwaÉ—É—a 2/603 na Imamu Malik.

Bisa dogaro da waÉ—annan dalilai babu laifi don mutum ya sha nonon matarsa, sai dai da za a tsotsa ba tare da shan ruwan ba hakan ya fi, amma shan ba laifi ba ne kamar yadda malamai suka bayyana.
