karatun fatiha rukunine daka cikin rukunan sallah akan mamu da liman dawanda zaiyi sallah shi kaɗai, saboda faɗin Annabi ﷺ ( Babu sallah ga wanda bai karanta fatiha ba) Imamul bukhari yafitar da wannan hadisi ababin kiran sallah (714), Amma karatun fatiha ga wanda yakebin liman asallar da ake bayyana karatunta akwai maganganu biyu na malamai.
Magana tafarko: sukace wajibine karatunta, dalili akan haka sukace faɗin maganar manzan Allah ﷺ dayace( Babu sallah ga wanda bai karanta fatiha ba), saboda Annabi lokacin da yake koyar da wanda bai iya sallah ba ya umarceshi dakarantata.
Ya inganta daka Annabi ﷺ yakasance yana karanta ta akowacce raka'ar sallah.
Ibnhu hajar Rahimahullah yace: Acikin fathul baary, hakika yatabbata umarnin karatun fatiha akan mamu asallar da ake bayyana karatun ta batare dawani kaidi ba, hakan yanan cikin abunda imamul bukhary yafitar, da turmuzi da ibnu hibban daka ruwayar makhuul, daka mahmud binu rabee'i binu ubadah, watarana Annabi ﷺ karatu yai masa nauyi asallar asuba, lokacin da'aka idar da sallah sai Annabi yace : watakila kunayin karatu abayan limaminku? Sai sahabbai suka ce eh, sai Annabi yace: kada kudunga aikata hakan saifa karatun fatiha saboda babu sallah ga duk wanda bai karantata ba.
Magana ta biyu: sukace karatun liman shine karatun mamunsa dalili akan haka sukace faɗin Allah madaukakin sarki
( ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻗﺮﺃ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻓﺎﺳﺘﻤﻌﻮﺍ ﻭﺃﻧﺼﺘﻮﺍ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ ﺗﺮﺣﻤﻮﻥ )
Idan Ana karanta Alqur'ani kuji sauraro na fahimta, kuma kuyi shiru, shiru na nutsuwa ko kwa samu Rahamar Allah.
Ibnu hajar yace: Masu cewa karatun fatiha yafadi akan mamu daka malikiyyah sunkafa hujja da wani hadisi dayake cewa( Idan ana karanta Alqur'ani kuyi shiru) kuma hadisine ingantacce muslim ya ruwaitoshi daka hadisin Abu musa Al Ash'ary Allah yakara yarda dashi.
Waɗanda suke fatawa da wajabcinta suntafi akan cewa mutum zai karantata bayan liman yagama karatun fatiharsa atsakanin ɗan shirun dayake kafin yashiga karatun surah, sai ka karanta duk da wannan shirun da liman yake malamai sunce bidi'ane baida asali, ibnu hajar yace: mamu "zaiyi shiru idan liman yana karanta fatiha, shi mamu zai karanta idan yai shiru",
Sheik bin baaz yace: Abunda ake nufi da shirun liman shine shirun da mamu zai iya karanta fatihar, ko bayanta, ko acikin surar datake bayan fatihar, idan liman baya shiru ɗin to abunda yake wajibi akan mamu shine karanta fatihar koda liman yana karatun surane, wannan shine mafi ingancin magana cikin maganganun malamai, fatawa sheik bin baaz(221).
An tambayi majalisar fatawa da ilmi ta kasar saudiyyah irin wannan tamabaya sai suka amsa dacewa:Magana igantacciya wajan ma'abota ilmi shine karatun fatiha wajibine akan wanda zai sallah shi kaɗai, da kuma liman da mamu asallar da ake bayyana karatunta ko ake boye karatunta, saboda dalilai dasuka nuna hakan, da kuma kebantuwar dalilan, Amma faɗin Allah madaukakin sarki dayace :
( ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻗﺮﺃ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻓﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻤﻌﻮﺍ ﻭﺃﻧﺼﺘﻮﺍ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ ﺗﺮﺣﻤﻮﻥ ).
Da fadin Manzan Allah
( ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻗﺮﺃ ﻓﺄﻧﺼﺘﻮﺍ )
ya hade karatun fatiha da waninta, sai ake bance su da hadisin dayake cewa (Babu sallah ga wanda bai karanta fatiha ba). Ma'ana waccan aya da waccan hadisi basu shafi wajabcin karatun fatiha akowacce sallah ba, kuma basu shafi wajabcin karatun fatiha akan kowaba asallah dan hada dalilan gaba ɗaya kai aiki dasu.
Amma hadisin dake cewa (karatun liman shine karatun mamu )wannan hadisine mai rauni, maganar da ake cewa, faɗin mamu Ameen idan liman yagama karanta fatiha yana matsayin karatun fatihar su, wannan maganace mairauni bata ingantaba.
Muna rokon Allah shiriya cikin abunda akai sabani kansa nagaskiya domin shi maijine da amsa addu'ar bayinsa
ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻚ ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﻭﺑﺤﻤﺪﻙ ﺃﺷﻬﺪ ﺁﻥ ﻻ ﺇﻟﻪ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﺖ ﺃﺳﺘﻐﻔﺮﻙ ﻭﺃﺗﻮﺏ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ .
