*Why Married Women Become Fat and heavy after their wedding and its effects on their marriage*

Most women, perhaps majority of them, get fatter and heavier immediately after their marriage wedding. Why is that so? what are the effects, how to go about it?

*Why women get Fat.*

1. Sperm:
Scientists believe ejaculation in woman's body makes her fat, because it contains elements including nutrients that trigger body hurmones to make someone fat.

2. Eating too much and at random:
When a woman becomes comfortable in her husband's house, she eats, because now she cooks, so it becomes her new habit.

3. Lack of mobility:
Most married women stay in one place, always at home, always on bed, always sleeping, always watching TV, always having sex. 

4. Lack of Exercise:
When woman does not move her body frequently, she accumulates fat. And therefore she gets heavier and fatter.

*Effects*

1. When you are too fatty, you lose your shape, you lose your sexiness, you lose your chances of wearing tight at home.

2. You find it difficult to have sex regularly as your husband wants. Because you are heavy, you become allegic to sex.

3. There are sex position you cannot do if you are so fat and heavy. And it becomes very difficult for your husband to get satisfied. So your sex life is destroyed.

4. You easily fall sick due to immobility, calories, weight, and fat triggered sickness. and your chances of becoming diabetic and hypertensive are high.

5. Some men find fatty women disgusting. So he will surely marry again, if he cant marry again, he will keep mistress outside, if he cant, you have destroyed his life. He will die of heart attack or depression. Because he hates you and he cant divorce you or cheat.

*Way out*

1. Regulate your eating habit. Eat less at a time, dont eat more than your body needs. 

2. Engage in a regular exercise. According to MIT Professors, they said lack of exercise kills faster than Heart attack and cancer. The simplest of Exercise you can do at home is Jumping, Jogging, Dancing, Press up, Sit up, plank, jumping jack, or walking on the stairs for 10 to 15 mins. Also, research shows that 7 mins exercise is enough to sustain your body and prevent diseases from attacking the body.

3. Dont stay in one place, always walk, sometimes you like to visit someone, walk, dont take bus, especially if it is near. Dont always ask children or maid to do your house chores, sometimes you need to do it in order to exercise your body.

4. Eat balance diet. Try to have all the 6 classes of Food in your meals. Try to include some fruits and water. Too much in take of water can prevent you from getting older, it keeps your skin healthier, it makes you stronger and boost your immune system.
