Defaming, belittling and smearing Islam and everything connected to it has become a norm, disgustingly. So this news is undoubtedly welcoming and freshening not just for Muslims but for all those who truly believe in respecting all.
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled on Thursday that insulting Islam’s Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is not covered by freedom of expression, reported by several news media including Al-Arabiya.
Defaming the Prophet “goes beyond the permissible limits of an objective debate” and “could stir up prejudice and put at risk religious peace,” the ruling stated.
