Sunnah Revival
👉Supplicate for people in their absence, for the Angels will make dua for you.
Did you ever think supplicating for someone else could have benefits for you, too?
Abu-Darda [رضى الله عنه] reported: The Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said,
The supplication of a Muslim for his (Muslim) brother in his absence will certainly be answered. Every time he makes a supplication for good for his brother, the angel appointed for this particular task says: Ameen! May it be for you, too.
[Sahih Muslim 2732 a,b,c,d].
👉1. Make dua for forgiveness for someone who is committing a sin in public— so that Allah will forgive your sins.
👉2. Make dua for the acceptance of someone’s dawah work— so that your Islamic works may be accepted.
👉3. Supplicate for someone’s health— so that your health may be preserved.
👉4. Make dua for someone who is going through a trial— so that you may be guided through your own trials.
👉5. Ask for blessings in something others have which you like— so that you may be granted something similar or better.
👉6. Each day make dua for different persons in different situations— so that – you get rewarded for supplicating – you are practising a sunnah – you may be blessed with it, too InSha Allah!
