Saboda wannan hadisi ne jamhurum malaman mazhaba (mafiya rinjaye) suka dogara bisa cewa ba'a yiwa mamaci azumi, sai dai a ciyar a maimakonsa, koda yayi wasiyya da ayi masa azumin bai halasta ba.
Suna kara kafa hujja da hadisin Ibn Abbas (R.A) yace: "wani ba zai yiwa wani sallah ba, hakama wani ba zai yiwa wani azumi ba, sai dai wani ya iya ciyarwa a maimakon waninsa, kowacce rana mudu guda".

An rawaito daga Nana A'isha (R.A) tace: "kada kuyi azumi ga mamatanku, ku ciyar a maimakonsu".

A wata ruwayar kuma daga Bazzaru: "Idan waliyyinsa yana so ya iya masa ramuwar azuminsa".

An rawaito daga Bukhari da Imamu Muslim da lafazin Ibn Abbas (R.A) yace: "Wata mace tazo wajen Manzon Allah (S.A.W) tace, ya Rasulullahi, mahaifiyata ta rasu akwai azumin da tayi bakacensa akanta, na iya yi mata shi?
Sai Manzon Allah (S.A.W) yace: "Yanzu idan bashi ne akan mahaifiyarki zaki biya mata? Sai matar tace: "Na'am" sai yace: "don haka kiyi mata azumin da tayi bakacensa" (domin kuwa bashin Allah ne yafi cancanta a biya).
