RABON MUƘAMAI.
Lallai shugabancin gudanar da makaranta ba zai taɓa zamowa ingantacce mai tsari ba sai an samu rabon ayyuka, domin lallai aikin da makaranta ke buƙata yana da yawa, kuma abu ne sananne mutum ɗaya ba zai iya ɗaukar wannan ayyukan a kafaɗarsa ba shi kaɗai kuma a ce an samu cin nasara yadda ake buƙata. Daga cikin mafi girman matsalolin da muke fuskanta a makarantunmu na islamiyya shine rashin raba ayyuka (Division of task/labour) sai ka ga shugaban makaranta ya ɗora wa kansa dukkan ayyuka, haka kuma sai ya sa shi ya wahala kuma a samu gagarumar matsala ta kowanne ɓangare, sai makaranta ta gaza cimma manufofinta a ƙarshe kuma in ba Allah Ya keɓota ba ta lalace ta rushe.
Dukkan wata makaranta mafi ƙaranci tana buƙatar ɓangarorin ayyuka guda huɗu :
A- Ɓangaren gudanarwa da tsare-tsare (Administrative office).
B- Ɓangaren harkokin karatu (Academics).
C- Ɓangaren tsarawa da gudanar da jarabawa (Exams office).
D- Ɓangaren kuɗi (Bursary office).
1- Ɓangaren gudanarwa da tsare-tsare : wanda zai ƙunshi shugaban makaranta(Headmaster) mataimaki ɓangaren gudanarwa(Asst. Admin) Mai ladabtarwa (Discipline). Wannan ɓangare babban aikinshi shine :
a) Kula da tsarin shigar ɗalibi makaranta da kuma taskace bayanan kowanne ɗalibi.
b) Kula da gudanar da ayyukan da aka baiwa kowanne ɓangare da tabbatar da an yi shi yadda aka tsara.
c) Tsarawa da samar manhajar karatu da kalandar karatu ta kowanne zangon karatu da kuma jadawalin tsarin shiga aji domin malamai.
d) Tabbatar da bin dokokin makaranta da kulawa da tarbiyyar ɗalibai.
e) Samar da shuwagabannin ɗalibai da kula da ayyukansu (Prefects).
2- Ɓangaren harkokin karatu (Academics) wannan ɓangare zai ƙunshi shugaba (Headmster), mataimaki a ɓangaren karatu(Asst. Acadamics), Malami mai kula da darussa (HOD), Malami mai kula da aji(Form master). Wannan ɓangaren InshaAllahu za mu faɗaɗa bayani kan shi cikin rubutun da za su zo a nan gaba.
3- Ɓangaren tsarawa da gudanar da jarabawa (Exams office) wannan ɓangare ne da zai ƙunshi shugaban ɓangaren da kuma mataimakinsa in makaranta na da ɗalibai da yawa ƙarƙashin kulawar shugaban makaranta ko kuma mataimakinsa ɓangaren karantarwa. Wannan ɓangare yana da ayyuka kamar haka :
a) Tsarawa da shirya lokacin da za ai jarabawa.
b) Tsara jadawali (time table) na jarabawa.
c) Kulawa da yin gyare-gyare ga tambayoyin malamai tare da bayar da tsarin tambayoyin ga malamai.
d) Kulawa da C. A na ɗalibai.
e) Kulawa da fitar da sakamakon jarabawa kan lokaci.
f) Tabbatar da wucewar ɗalibi zuwa ajin gaba, ko kuma maimaita aji(promotion/Repeating).
g) Tabbatar da ingancin jarabawa ba tare da satar amsan ba.
Haƙiƙa tabbatuwar ingancin wannan ɓangare wajibi ne, domin rashin kyawunshi na iya lalata duk wani aiki da aka yi a ɓangaren karantarwa. A kan samu matsalaloli a wannan ɓangare su ma za mu tattauna su a gaba.
4- Ɓangaren kuɗi (Bursary) wannan ɓangare ne da ke ƙarƙashin shugaban makaranta. Ya kan ƙunshi mai kula da harkar kuɗi (bursar) wani lokaci kuma da Akawu (Accountant). A kan samu matsala wurin gudanar da wannan ɓangare inda ake taradda shugaba yayi babakere ya toshe kowacce kafa ta karɓar kuɗi hannunsa kawai suke shiga, a wani lokaci har a riƙa rasa haƙƙoƙin malaman, lallai samuwar haka rashin tsari ne, abinda ya dace shine a samar da wata cibiya guda ɗaya ta amsar kuɗi da tara su da fitar da su bisa tsarin da ya dace. Shi yasa babban aikin wannan ɓangare shine :
i- Karɓar kuɗin makaranta.
ii- Karbar kuɗin jarabawa.
iii- Ajiyewa da tsara fitan kuɗi.
iv- biyan albashi da alawus na malamai.
v- samar da cikakken bayanan shiga da fitar kuɗi da kuma asusun makaranta.
Samar da kyawawan tsarin rarraba aiki haka zai ba makaranta yanayi mai kyau da sakamako mai kyau a dukkan ɓangarorinta.
