Idan Namiji ya Shafa jikin Mace ko ita mace ta shafa jikin namiji shinko yin hakan yana iya karya musu Alwala? Muna neman karin bayani akan maganar datafi inganci tare da Dalilansu:

Dangane da wannan Mas'ala ta hukuncin Shafar-Mace ga wanda yake da Alwala, Alal-Haƙiƙa an samu Saɓani tsakanin Malamai har maganganu kamar guda uku:
:
(1)-Ƙauli na farko shine, ra'ayin da Imāmush-Shāfi'i ya tafi akansa cewa ta kowanne irin hali in dai Mutum ya Shafa Mace to kawai alwalarsa ta karye, Shin ya shafe ta ne da nufin Jin-Dāɗi ko a'a, Shin ya shafe ta ne da mantuwa ko da gangan, Sannan da yayi Shafar Shin ya samu Jin-Dāɗi a dalilin hakan ko kuma a'a, sukace duk hukuncinsu ɗaya ne, kawai indai har ya taɓa Mace to wajibi ne sai ya sake alwala, su dai Mazhabin Shāfi'iyya sun kafa Hujjarsu ne da Faɗin Aʟʟαн(ﷻ) inda Yake cewa:

"أوْلَا مَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ" (سورة النساء/ألْآية43)

Danhaka anan Sai Sukace abinda ake nufi da Shafa anan shine Shafar-Mace da Hannu, domin idan akace "Lamsu" to Asalin Ma'anarsa tana nufin Shafa da hannu ne, kamar yadda hakan yazo acikin Hadisai da yawa, kamar Misalin Faɗin Mαnzon Aʟʟαн(ﷺ) inda yace:

"واليد زناها اللمس"

MA'ANA:
Hannu zinarsa itace yin Shafa
:
Koda yake dama dukkan Malamai sun yarda cewa kalmar *"Allamsu"* ko kuma *"Almassu"* idan aka faɗe ta haka a sake ba Ƙaidi to ana nufin dukkan wata Shafa da ba Jima'i ba, danhaka babu wata Jayayya tsakanin Malamai akan haka, amma inda Malamai sukayi Saɓani shine, *"Allamsu"* da Aʟʟαн(ﷻ) Ya faɗa acikin waccan "āya" Shin me ake nufi dashi, Jima'i ake nufi dashi kokuma Shafa da Hannu? Anan Saɓanin yake:

(2)-Ƙauli na biyu shine, ra'ayin da Mazhabin Hanafiyya sukatafi akansa na cewa Shafar-Mace ta kowanne irin hali baya karya alwala, wato su sun tafi ne akan Akasin magana ta farko kenan, daga cikin Dalilansu sukace Asali Shafar-Mace baya karya Alwala har sai in-an-samu wani Dalili ingantacce da yace Shafar-Mace yana karya Alwala, sukace kuma babu wani Dalili ingantacce da ya nuna cewa Shafar-Mace yana karya Alwala, Sannan sukace akwai Hadisin Nana-A'isha wanda acikinsa take cewa:

"كنت أنام بين يدي رسول الله(ﷺ) ورجلاي في قبلته، فإذا سجد غمزني فقبضت رجلاي، فإذا قام بسطتها"

MA'ANA:
Na kasance ina barci agaban Annαвι(ﷺ) (yayin da yakeyin sallar dare) kuma Ƙafafu na suna (saitin) Al-Ƙiblar sa ne, danhaka idan yazo zai yi Sujjada sai ya zungure ni (ya taɓani) ni kuma sai na janye Ƙafafuna, yayin da naji yasake miƙewa tsaye sai nasake Shimfiɗasu (na miƙar da Ƙafafuna):

Anan Sai Malamai sukace *Muhallish-Shāhid* ɗin dake cikin wannan Hadisi shine gashi dai Annαвι(ﷺ) Yana cikin Sallah amma yataɓa jikin Matarsa A-isha kuma yaci gaba da Sallarsa ba tare da yana sake alwala ba, Sannan akwai waɗansu Hadisan da dama waɗan da a Zahiri suke nuna cewa Mαnzon Aʟʟαн(ﷺ) ya taɓa jikin Mace kuma da ace hakan yana ɓata alwala to da Annαвι(ﷺ) ba zaici gaba da yin Sallarba har sai ya sake wata alwalar, Saidai Shāfi'iyya sunyi Tāwili akan ire-iren waɗannan Hadisan, inda sukace wataƙila Annαвι(ﷺ) yana taɓa saman tufafin A'isha ne, to amma Malamai sukace ko Shakka babu cewa wannan Tawili ne Mai-Rauni wanda ba zai iya zama Karɓaɓɓe ba, Sannan sukace akwai ruwayar Hadisin da tace Annαвι(ﷺ) Yakan Sumbaci (Kiss) daya daga cikin Matansa kuma ya fita zuwa Masallaci a haka, koda yake akwai Malamai da yawa da sukace wannan Hadisi bai ingantaba, Sannan akwai Malaman da sukace ya inganta, daga cikin wadanda sukace ya inganta kuwa harda *(Albaniy),*

(3)-Ƙauli na uku shine, ra'ayin da Mazhabin *Mālikiyya* dakuma *Hanābila* suka tafi akansa cewa hukuncin Shafar-Mace yana buƙatar ayi masa Tafsīli (Rarrabewa) akansa, danhaka sukace idan Mutum ya Shafa Mace da nufin Jin-Daɗi, to ko yaji daɗin ko baiji daɗin ba alwarsa ta karye, haka nan idan yayi Shafa ba da nufin Jin-daɗi ba amma kuma sai yaji daɗin to shima alwalarsa ta karye,

To amma magana mafi inganci acikin zantukan da Malamai sukayi itace Ƙauli na biyu wanda Mazhabin Hanafiyya suka tafi akansa cewa Shafar-Mace baya karya alwala, domin koda acikin waccan "Aya" da Aʟʟαн(ﷻ) Yafaɗi *"Allamsu"* to ana nufin Jima'i ne bawai Shafa da Hannu ba, domin akwai "Ayoyi" da yawa acikin Al-Ƙur'ani waɗan da idan Aʟʟαн(ﷻ) Zai yi magana akan Jima'i baya fitowa fili ƙarara ya ambaci Jima'i Saidai Yayi Kinaya ya sakaya sunan, shiyasa awata ayar Sai ace "KU RUNGUMESU" awata ayar kuma ace "IDAN KUKA SHAFESU" amma duk ana nufin Jima'i ne, danhaka kenan dukkan wani wasa ko Shafar-Juna da Rungumar Juna da Ma'aurata zasuyi a tsakaninsu, to hakan bazai karya musu alwalarsuba, koda kuwa sunyi hakanne da nufin Sha'awa kuma sukaji daɗi, Saidai in wani abune yafito daga gaban Mutum a dalilin hakan kamar Maziyyi ko Maniyyi, to anan alwala ta warwarene a sababin fitar wancan ruwa ne bawai saboda Shafar da a kayi ba, idan kuma babu abin da ya fito daga gaban Mutum shike nan alwalarsa tana nan Tsaf,
