Alal-Haƙiƙa Wannan wata Mas'alace da
Malamai sukayi Saɓani a kanta, daga cikin Malamai akwai waɗanda suka tafi akan cewa Makaruhi ne a ci naman wannan dabba, amma wasu daga cikin Malamai sun tafi akancewa babu laifi ya halatta a ci, babban Abinda yake a zahiri dangane da matsayin wannan akuya ko tunkiya shi ne hukuncinta dai dai yake da hukuncin dabbar da ake kiranta da suna:

(wato dukkan wata dabba da ta ke cin najasa) domin akwai wani Hadisi na Mαnzon Allαh(ﷺ) da Ya ke cewa:

"نهي رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم عن أكل الجلالة وألبانها"

MA'ANA:
Mαnzon Allαh(ﷺ) Yayi hani game da cin naman ko kuma Shan Nonon dabbar da take Mu'amala da Najasa:

Danhaka Mazhabin HANAFIYYA suka tafi akan cewa Makaruhi ne cin naman wannan dabbar musamman ma a lokacin da ta ke Ƙarama, domin kuwa a wannan lokacin nonon karyar yana gauraye da naman akuyar, amma idan akuyar ta girma sukace kai tsaye ya halatta a sha nononta kuma ya halatta a ci namanta, amma sai dai kuma Malaman da ke Mazhabin HANABILA cewa sukayi za a killace wannan dabbar ne har na tsawon kwanaki (40) a na ciyar da ita abinci mai tsarki, idan an yi haka ne sannan ya halatta a iya cin namanta, to amma anyi saɓani a game da adadin kwanakin da ya kamata a killace dabbar, waɗansu daga cikin Malamai sukace ASALI DAI a Shari'ance babu wasu adadin kwanaki da a ka Ƙayyade cewa sai an ciyar da ita acikinsu, wasu kuma sukace kwana (30)ne, waɗansu kuma sukace kwana (40)ne idan ya kasance dabbar babbace kamar Raƙumi, amma idan ya zamana Saniya ce sukace to kwana (20)ne, idan kuma akuyace ko tunkiya su kuma kwanaki (10)ne, amma idan ƙaramar dabbace kamar kaza ko kuma zabuwa sukace kwanaki (3)ne kawai.

Amma Mazhabin SHAFI'IYYA cewa sukayi kawai za a yi la'akari ne da naman wannan dabba, idan ya kasance naman dabbar ya jirkita yana wari ko Ƙarni irin na jinsin karnuka ko jinsin aladu idan alade ne ya shayar da ita sukace to HARAMUNNE a ci namanta, a wani ƘAULIN kuma sukace MAKRUHINE, amma idan naman bai jirkita ba to ya halatta a ci, su kuma Mazhabin MALIKIYYA dama kai tsaye sukace Ya halatta a ci naman wannan dabba, sai dai a cikin Mazhabin na Malikiyya an samu ƘAULIN waɗansu Malaman da suka saɓa musu a kan haka.

To amma Maganar da tafi inganci kamar yadda Malamai sukafi rinjayarwa itace, Makaruhi ne a ci naman dukkan wata dabba da ta ke cin najasa, haka nan makaruhi ne a sha nononta, idan kuma masu yin Ƙwai ne kamar kaza, sukace to makaruhi ne a yi amfani da Ƙwan su (egg), idan kuma irin dabbar da a ke hawa gadon bayansu ne kamar raƙumi ko saniya sukace makaruhi ne a hau bayan dabbar ba tare da ansa wata shimfiɗa mai kauri a kai ba,
