```HUKUNCIN AZUMIN MATAFIYI
```
Hadisai ingantattu sun zo dangane da bayar da zaÉ“i ga Matafiyi wajen yin Azumi ko barin sa, sai dai kuma kada mu manta cewa wannan Rahama ta Allah an ambace ta a acikin Al-Kur’ani, inda Allah mai rahama yace: ( *(Wanda ya kasance a cikin ku ba shi da Lafiya ko yana halin tafiya, to ya rama a wadansu kwanaki na daban, Allah yana son saukakawa ne gare ku, ba ya son kuntata muku* )) (Suratul Baqarah: 185). Malamai ma’abota Ilimi gaba-É—aya sun haÉ—u akan haka, sai dai kuma yana da kyau muyi fadakarwa akan wasu al’amura anan:
a) Shan Azumi a halin tafiya shine yafi falala fiye da yin Azumin, daidai ne yana jin tsanani idan ya É—auki Azumin ko baya ji, dalilai akan haka suna da yawa, daga ciki akwai Hadisin Sahabi Hamzah dan Amru al-Aslamiy da yace: ya Manzon Allah! Nifa ina jin Æ™arfi a jiki na koda na dauki Azumi a halin tafiya, ko akwai laifi akai na game da hakan? Sai Manzon Allah (S.A.W) yace: “ *Shan Azumi a halin tafiya sauki ne Allah ya samar muku, duk kuwa wanda yayi riÆ™o dashi to ya kyauta, amma kuma duk wanda yaso yayi Azumin to yana iya yi babu laifi akan shi* ”. dama waÉ—ansu Hadisan waÉ—anda suke nuni zuwa ga wanann falalar ta ajiye Azumin a halin tafiya.
b) Ya halasta ga wanda ya ɗauki Azumi, sai kuma bayan bullowar Alfijir yayi nufin Tafiya to a daidai wannan lokaci zai ajiye Azumi a sanda yake kimtsawa, ba sai ya ƙetare garin su ba, amma kafa sharaɗi da wasu suke yi na cewa sai idan ya ƙirƙiri tafiyar ne kamun ɓullowar Al-fijir, kuma wai sai ya ƙetare garin da yake to abune wanda yake babu dalili akan haka, sai dai ma ya saɓa ma abunda yake da dalili ne.
c) Azumi yana zama Haram ga matafiyin da yake jin wahala idan ya É—auki Azumi, saboda abunda aka ruwaito daga Jabir – Allah ya kara masa yarda – yace: Manzon Allah ï·º ya kasance a cikin wata Tafiya, sai yaga taron wasu jama'a masu yawa sun yiwa wani Mutum inuwa sun zagaye shi, sai Manzon Allah ï·º yace: “Menene wannan?” sai suka ce masa mai Azumi ne, sai yace: “ *Baya cikin É—a'a yin Azumi lokacin Tafiya* ”. d) Abunda yake Wajibi akan Matafiya; masu Azumin da waÉ—anda basa yi suyi Æ™oÆ™ari su ladabtu da ladubba na Musulunci, kuma su É—abi’antu da É—abi’un Malamai magabatan wannan Al’umma, su kiyaye kada É—anyan É“angaren su dinga aibanta É—ayan É“angaren, kuma kada saÉ“ani ya faru saboda wannan mas’alar har ya kaisu ga rarrabuwa, wannan Anas dan Malik ne – Allah ya kara masa yarda – yake cewa: mun kasance a wata tafiya tare da Manzon Allah (SAW) sai ya zama masu Azumi daga cikin mu basu dinga aibanta wadanda basa yin Azumi ba, haka suma wadanda basa Azumin basu aibanta masu yi ba”.
e) *A karshe:* babu abunda ya zama Wajibi ga Matafiyi face sai ya rama kwanakin da ya sha Azumi a cikin su saboda tafiyar da yayi, babu wata kaffara akanshi, saboda faÉ—ar Allah – mabuwayi da daukaka: ((sai ku rama a wasu kwanaki)).
